Standard Service deliveries will be processed the next working day after placing your order, allowing 2 working days for delivery (so 3 working days in total to reach you)

Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We require a signature upon delivery of goods. You can choose to have your goods delivered to your work or an alternative address where someone is available to sign. You can add this at checkout for your 'Shipping address'.

If there is nobody to take delivery of your parcel you will be left a calling card, where it is then your responsibility to rearrange a delivery. If nobody is there after several attempts of delivery then the goods get returned to our warehouse and we have to re-charge you at the same rate of delivery or refund your order minus the costs of delivery.

Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Europe & Rest of the World

Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) within 3 - 10 working days from order. (Please note that delivery time lengths are not guaranteed and we are providing an approximate estimation of delivery. Which varies for each country based on Custom Clearance )

Shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order.

Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We use a Trackable service for all our deliveries.

Customs and Clearance
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs and clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely country to country, Standing Ovation advices each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that the time length for customs to process your goods can vary from a couple of days and in some occasions can take several weeks, this is beyond our control and we would not be held responsible for delays. If there is such delays in receiving your order, its usually because of customs clearance. The delivery method or company we use to ship your parcels does not speed the process. Its beyond our control. It relates to each country and their processing time.

Insurance and Disclaimer
Standing Ovation and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your address. We only deliver to the postal address you have entered on your order. A signature is always required for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Please be advised that anyone at your postal delivery address may be asked to sign for your parcel. We cannot be responsible should another person in your postal address sign on your behalf or be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed. So please note that it then becomes your responsibility should another person in your address sign for your goods.
Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Standing Ovation, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If in doubt always have your goods delivered to a safe address.

Returned Packages
Any package that is returned by our delivery company to Standing Ovation due to the following reasons: 'wrong' or 'incomplete' address (it is the customers responsibility to ensure a full valid address is entered); several attempts of delivery; item not picked up from specified address on calling card; new specified address by yourself, then item can be re-delivered but you must be re-charged for delivery costs at the same rates as your first delivery attempt, even if you were eligible for free delivery on your order we would have to charge you for re-delivery. 
Or we may cancel and refund your order minus the delivery charge or costs we have incurred sending your order out to you. This also implies to orders that included 'free delivery' or have a discount on delivery. 

Standing Ovation is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes

Pre-Ordered Items
A pre-order item is one which is available for sale, but has not yet been released. The release date of a pre-order item will be shown in the product's description, and the item will ship on or shortly after this release date. Although the item will be shipped at a later date, pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.
You will be notified if an item's release date has been changed. You will be given the choice to cancel your order, if you do not want to wait for the new release date.
If you order consists of an available item and a pre-order item. Then your order will be shipped when all items become available as we cannot ship items separately.
